Eric joined Dynamic FoodService as a Partner in September 2018, and in January of 2020 he became President and the driving force of this highly respected Rep Agency. Eric brings a wealth of sales and management skills to the Dynamic FoodService team. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in marketing.
Prior to joining Dynamic FoodService, Eric’s extensive professional background included 10 years working for a world renowed foodservice manufacturer in a variety of roles to include Strategic Accounts management. He was highly successful in developing national food service chains business. Eric is well regarded in the Food Service Industry for his experience at the manufacturer level, as well as with the dealer community.
Eric continues the creative leadership of our excellent team, bringing solutions-based ideas while honoring the traditions and relationships that have supported the goals and success of the outstanding manufacturers we are proud to represent.
Dan Gillenwater

Dan is a 25 year industry veteran. He has had direct work experience at the dealer, chain, and rep levels, and has an extensive background in refrigeration products. He is a graduate of Morehead State University in Kentucky, and holds a Master’s Degree.
Brian Pelkington

Brian is a 25 year veteran of the food equipment industry. His experiences include working in national accounts for a leading midwest steamer manufacturer, and as the sales manager for a midwest walk-in manufacturer. Brian is a graduate of Indiana University.

Territory Responsibility: Central Ohio
Kevin is a 46-year foodservice industry veteran. He has been a manufacturer’s representative for over 37 years. evin covers the entire Central OH market. He is a 1970 graduate from University of Kentucky, KY. Kevin is also CFSP level 1 certified.
Chris Cheap

Territory Responsibility: Southern Ohio and West Virginia
Chris has worked as a hotel chef and a culinary instructor before embarking on the sales side. He has worked for the top combi manufacturers for 20 years, making him a go-to resource for combi cooking. Chris has a BS degree from Morehead State University.
Sheri Creech

Territory Responsibility: Michigan
Sheri has over 25 years experience as a Manufacturer’s Representative in the foodservice Industry. She has spent the last 8 years managing the eastern Michigan territory for foodservice manufacturers. Prior to that she had spent 18 years working in inside sales.
Matt Hiegel

Based in Northwest Ohio
Territory Responsibility: Northern and Northwest OH, to include Cleveland and Toledo.
Matt is a graduate of Northwestern Business College and is the newest member of the Dynamic FoodService team, joining our agency in January 2021. Matt brings over 20 years of experience in the foodservice and hospitality industries. He is well known by our manufacturers, having worked for a highly respected equipment and supplies dealer. Most recently, he was with a manufacturer of outdoor seating and site furnishings.
Jason Lehman

Territory Responsibility: Western PA and Northern WV.
Jason joined Dynamic in July of 2023. He brings over 15 years of food service experience to the team, including both operations and management at the restaurant level, along with various sales channel roles in foodservice distribution.
Kelley Osmon

Lexington, Kentucky office
Territory Responsibility: Kentucky and Southern Indiana (including Evansville)
Kelley brings 16 years of experience in the food equipment industry. She has worked in both manufacturer representation and dealer sales covering the state of Kentucky. Over those years she has built strong relationships with the dealers and customers in both the independent retail space as well as foodservice applications, with heavy emphasis in the K-12 market. Prior to equipment sales she spent 12 years working operationally in the foodservice industry in restaurants, hotels, and convention centers. Her diversity throughout her career has allowed for continued growth and success.
Fred Robles
Indianapolis, Indiana office
Territory Responsibility: Tabletop and Smallwares sales for Indiana, Kentucky and Southern Ohio
Fred’s professional experience includes 32 years of professional sales to the foodservice industry, including owning his own rep agency for over 20 years. Fred has specialized in tabletop and smallwares and has built strong relationships with the manufacturers he represented, as well as chain accounts, dealers and end users. This experience and expertise position him to be a continued strong force in our tabletop division.
Joseph Robles, CSFP, asid

Territory Responsibility: Tabletop and Smallwares Sales for Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Joseph has been in the foodservice industry for over 13 years, specializing in tabletop and smallwares. Prior to joining Dynamic FoodService, Joseph oversaw and successfully grew the smallwares and contract furniture division for a marketing firm in Denver, CO. His daily contacts with executive chefs, interior designers and F & B directors have given Joseph extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. Joseph is a member in good standing with the American Society of Interior Designers (asid), and he brings a strong presence to our tabletop division.
Chris Mileusnich
Columbus, Ohio office
Territory Responsibility: Central Ohio
Chris is a native of Columbus, Ohio, born and raised. He is a proud graduate from Bishop Hartley High School and Bowling Green State University. Chris spent 15 years working in the foodservice and hospitality industries on the manufacturing side, for Lancaster Colony and Commercial Zone Products, mostly working with National Chains, distribution and manufacturing reps. The past three years he has been a field rep in the MRO industry selling maintenance supplies to apartment complexes.

Tiffany George
Customer Service Representative
Tiffany joined the Dynamic FoodService team in April of 2024 with over 20 years of experience as a Customer Service Administrator, 15 of which have been in manufacturing while working closely with sales.
Barb Georges
Controller
Barb brings over 35 years of accounting experience. She has previous experience in office management, treasury, and owning and operating a small business. She joined our team in September of 2013. In her role as controller, Barb is responsible for overseeing our accounting and payroll department.
Greg Hagan
Inside Sales Manager
Greg is a 15 year industry veteran. He has extensive experience in the field and with inside sales. Besides inside sales he also manages all of the shipping for 3M. He is a graduate of Columbus State Community College. Greg has been with Dynamic FoodService since 2009.
Nathan Jacobson

Nathan joined Dynamic FoodService in February 2018. Prior to this he worked at WB Marketing for four years. Nathan brings in over 10 years of experience. He is a graduate from Cleveland State University in 2005.

Jodi is the Office Manager in the Cincinnati office. She started with the company right after college and has been with us for over 22 years.

Sharon is our Estimator and is located in the Cincinnati office. She has been with the company for over 23 years and in the industry for 39 years.
Nina Tewari

Nina has over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of management, finance, human resources, IT, and general business operations. Nina covers our business operations. Nina graduated from DePaul University, Chicago, IL with a Master’s degree in information systems in 2002.
